Payment Methods

When registering for ICACS 2017, please arrange for payment of the registration fee. All payments should be made in USD. You may choose between two modes of payment: credit card payment or bank transfer. We strongly recommend credit card payments as charges for bank transfers may apply twice, once in the country of origin and a second time of receipant.

Confirmation

Upon receipt of the registration and the corresponding payment, the conference office will send a confirmation. Please print and show this confirmation of registration at the conference counter when picking up your conference materials onsite.


Cancellation of Participation

Notice of cancellation should be sent in writing only to icacs@iacsit.net.  In case of cancellation by June 30, 2017 the payment will be refunded, minus a handling charge of 30%. No refund will be made after June 30, 2017.


Letter of invitation

The conference office will be pleased to send a letter of invitation to any registered delegate upon request.Such invitation is intended to help but not guarantee potential delegates to raise funds or to obtain a visa.
